Finding your home

We have properties for all budgets that can be found using our search facility in our property section. Once you have found a property you like, get in touch with us to book a viewing via telephone on 01179745477 or email.

Documents & payments

When you’ve decided on your next 2C property, there’ll be some forms for you to complete. First, you’ll be asked to fill out an application form which includes our Terms and Conditions. We will require a small Holding Deposit which will be refundable if referencing is completed and the Tenancy Agreement is signed within the 15-day or mutually agreed deadline. The property will then be taken off the market and all relevant landlord and employment references, and credit checks, will be conducted.  For our students, we’ll require you to complete and return a guarantor form and set-up a standing order.

Please note, we are members of Client Money Protect (CMP) which means that you can claim compensation should an agent misappropriate your rent, deposit or other funds. Please find a copy of our certificate here.
Contract signing

We will send you your Tenancy Agreement to sign electronically, and ask you to visit the office with your Passports for legal Right to Rent checks.

Before your Tenancy start date, you will need to ensure all the following funds are cleared:

a) Damages Deposit; and

b) First Month’s Rent.
Time to pack your bags

It’s time to get excited about moving into your new home. Before your move-in date, we’ll arrange a time to meet you for the check-in appointment with an inventory clerk. An inventory report will be carried out and all tenants will be given their keys.
