Finding your home

We have properties for all budgets that can be found using our search facility in our property section. Once you have found a property you like, get in touch with us to book a viewing via telephone or email.

Documents & payments

When you’ve decided on your next 2C property, there’ll be some forms for you to complete. First, you’ll be asked to fill out an application form so we can pass your details onto the landlord. Once approved, we will require a small admin fee (usually 40% of one month’s rent) as well as a holding deposit.  The property will then be taken off the market, and all relevant landlord reference and credit checks will be conducted.  For our students, we’ll require you to complete and return a guarantor form and a standing order form.

Contract signing

Before the tenancy agreement is signed, you will need to ensure all the following funds are cleared:

a) Agency fee;
b) Deposit; and
c) First month’s rent.

We will then make arrangements for you to come to our office to sign the tenancy agreement, for which you will need to bring ID and contact information. We ask you to review the contract before any of the above payments are made, as often contractual clauses cannot be amended.

Time to pack your bags

It’s time to get excited about moving into your new home. Before your move-in date, we’ll arrange a time to meet you for the check-in appointment with an inventory clerk. An inventory report will be carried out and all tenants will be given their keys.
