It is run and managed by brothers, Kian and Bojang Toussi, whose unique service offers a refreshing approach to property letting and management. Instead of being just another tenant or landlord on our books, we strive to provide you with a tailored service that totally suits your needs and that works for you.

We firmly believe that response times to queries or enquiries should be as low as possible, keeping things as simple and stress-free for your customers as can be.  That’s why we get to know all our tenants and landlords well, and make sure to never be further than a phone call away when dealing with any issues they might have.

Loyalty, not quick returns, forms the foundations of our business, and has allowed us to develop strong relationships with a vast array of clients throughout Bristol and the South West. Bojang Toussi

Bojang took over his family’s property business after completing his degree in Economics.  Over the past 12 years, he has set up his own management company and gained considerable knowledge within Bristol’s rental market. In addition, Bojang has gained expertise in construction, health and safety, and project management. This has allowed him to acquire many useful contacts with accomplished, reliable contractors and professionals throughout Bristol.

Kian Toussi

Kian joined 2C Properties in 2014 after gaining experience within the Civil Litigation department of a number of Bristol’s top law firms.  He established and now manages 2C Properties’ letting team, which continues to expand throughout Bristol. He has first-hand experience working within Bristol’s ever-changing market, and is passionate about changing the negative perceptions of agencies held by many.

Graham Gibbs

Graham leads the maintenance and construction team. He holds a number of qualifications that include:

• Electrician registered with NICEIC
• Qualified City and Guilds in Architecture
• Qualified City and Guilds in Surveying
• Qualified City and Guilds in Levelling
• Heating Engineer.

Graham worked for a number of property companies prior to 2C Properties that include Barratt Homes and Llewellyn.
