We carefully select our contractors, working only with Bristol’s best to make sure we’ve got all areas covered. Upon completion of any necessary work, we carry out full inspections to ensure our high standards have been reached.

Marketing your property

The last 10 years has seen a complete shift in the way property marketing is carried out, going from ‘window shopping’ to having full access to the property market at the click of a button.  At 2C Properties, we understand that the importance of marketing and being present on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter has never been greater. We are constantly looking for new ways to market our properties, ensuring we attract the best possible tenants for our Landlords.

In this new property climate, we firmly believe images play a huge role in marketing and attracting tenants.  As such, our letting service includes a photo shoot for your property using high-quality camera equipment. The photos will highlight the best features of your property, and will give potential tenants encouragement and reassurance when it comes to deciding to arrange a viewing.

Location

We’ve recently moved into a new office space at the top of Whiteladies Road in Clifton, known for its status as Bristol’s ‘property hub’.  This grants us the perfect location to operate in Bristol’s constantly evolving and thriving letting market.
